Going Beyond Compartmentalization (a psychological defense)

Going Beyond Compartmentalization

I’d like you to think about and maybe even challenge one of psychology's truths.

According to Wikipedia Compartmentalization (psychology) . . .is an unconscious psychological defense mechanism used to avoid cognitive dissonance, or the mental discomfort and anxiety caused by a person's having conflicting values, cognitions, emotions, beliefs, etc. within themselves.

In this video I'm in fact inviting you to challenge yourself in NOT "resting assured" in any kind of SO-CALLED truth. When you dare to do that, you open up to healing and personal growth beyond any limited belief system.

love & blessings,
Rita Harrison
